Corporate CEO Challenge Social Media Toolkit
Since releasing the disastrous HEALS Act, which does not include any funding for elections or the United States Postal Service (USPS), the Senate remains in negotiations with the House over the next COVID relief package. Meanwhile, the election draws nearer and Trump's appointee Postmaster General Louis DeJoy dismantles mail-sorting machines and institutes policies that slowdown U.S. Mail as a way of casting doubt on the legitimacy of the election this November.
It is absolutely essential that the U.S. Senate follow the House’s action on critical funding for election administration and the USPS. It is time to activate your members in the states of key Senators and light up social media channels!
We are challenging corporate CEOs to put their resources and influence to work for our democracy, by fighting for safe, fair, and accessible elections and a strong USPS. We encourage you to tag corporations/corporate CEOs on Twitter and use the following sample tweets along with one of our graphics (below) targeting Key Senators.
