Myke is the Grassroots Campaign Director at the Democracy Initiative. Most recently, he was a Project Director at the Resources Legacy Fund, developing and implementing political advocacy strategies. In that capacity, he managed a portfolio of policy grants and coordinated a diverse advocacy team to resist attacks on public lands policy.
Previously, Myke spent five years as a Program Officer at the Wyss Foundation, managing hard-hitting campaigns, strategic grantmaking, and overseeing advocacy projects throughout the American West and in Washington DC.
Myke began his advocacy career at the Sierra Club, where he worked for 10 years as a grassroots advocate, campus organizer, and ultimately as a wilderness policy expert and lobbyist.
Myke lives in Washington DC with his wife and two small children.
